The Lodging Experience

Wildwood Inn Health Retreat is hosted at the Wildwood Inn Bed & Breakfast. You recieve a specail room rate for staying at the Inn and have full use of the facility which its use is donated for the Health Retreat. Your room rate is bill separately though the B&B and is not part of the program cost.

About the Inn

As you turn onto the long driveway you will view a magnificent and secluded, luxury retreat set back into the forest. The exquisite Inn has over 8,200 square feet of space with elegant decor. Trimmed with ash hardwood crafting taken from the property.

The inn is decorated with modern furniture and family heirloom antiques and has a wildlife theme.

We have spacious guest bedroom suites each with its own private bathroom. The four upstairs rooms have vaulted ceilings.

The whole downstairs is heated with in the floor radiant heat. Whether on the carpet or the beautiful tile floors, your feet will be warm during the cold winter months. All rooms have ceiling fan lights.

This inn is Non-Smoking.

Amenities:

• Rooms do NOT have a TV, Phone, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Jacuzzi tub, Frig, or handicap access.
• The Common area DOES have: A 36” TV up stairs in the Great Room and a TV downstairs in the Dining Room Parlor which we utilize for our lecture series. Private TV viewing is not a part of the program. There is internet access in the common areas.
• The Dining Room has herbal teas.
• Laundry faciflties available for a small additional charge of $2.00 per load.
• Arrangements can be made to use our computer/office for internet/email service. We have wireless access through a wireless DSL high speed router.
• We have Flat Rate Long Distance, so we do not charge for long distance calls, there is an outgoing courtesy phone in the great room and foyer that guests can use (calls are free to the continential U.S. only, Canada calls are an extra charge).
• All Rooms provide linen and towels and limited maid service (no service on Saturdays).

Policies:

• We will accept a requests for a particular room but we reserve the right to place guests according to the needs of the total guest list.
• All rooms have private baths.
• All rooms are with either a queen or king bed, some include a day bed (2 single beds) or a futon.
• All reservations are confirmed by a non refundable deposit.
• All deposits are due seven (7) days after booking to guarantee the reservation.
• Payment in full is due at the time of arrival.
• There is a 20% service charge for returned checks.
• Check In at 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check Out at 12:00 noon (arrangements required for early check in/out or late check in/out).
• Late arrivals must be pre-arranged.
• Arrangement can be made for Airport Pickup. The nearest airports are Bemidji or International Falls, Minnesota
• Please, no food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms.
• Children by arrangement only. No Pets.
• The Inn is open year round.
• This Inn is Non-Smoking.
• Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Travelers/Personal Checks and Cash are accepted.
