Our lifestyle programs are tailored to the specific needs of each guest and encompasses the guest as a whole person, body, mind and spirit. We are tucked back into the forest located on beautiful Lake of the Woods that borders Northern Minnesota and Canada. Our staff includes a Medical Director/Advisor, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Nutritionist /Advisor, Two Certified in Natural Remedies, Hydrotherapy and Massage Therapy, a Certified Depression Recovery Program Director and Two Directors of the CHIP program. Specially designed health and lifestyle programs have demonstrated remarkable success in these chronic diseases:
