About Wildwood Inn Health Retreat Programs
Your adventure begins with either a 10-day or 21-day intensive experience in the focused setting of our beautiful retreat. Your experience will include:
Follow up Care. Does making improvements to your lifestyle seem daunting and stressful? A registered nurse will serve as your personal health coach, ready and able to guide you through rough stretches along the way. Your coach's invaluable expertise and caring guidance is only a toll free call away, where upon your request, your coach can view your progress and quickly identify potential problems before they occur.
Staying Connected. Would you like to be connected to a community of people with the same goals and objectives as you? Join in on the once-a-month Follow up Care conference calls, where members of your Depression Recovery Program care team provide ongoing learning and the latest information on advances in lifestyle medicine. Each call will provide you with valuable opportunities for continued personal growth as well as a chance to pool expertise from fellow alumni who are solving the same challenges you face.
One Day "Get Acquainted" Visit - Try our 1-day “get acquainted” visit. You will enjoy one night's lodgings, three delicious meals, use of our fitness annex and hiking trails, health lectures and cooking school, for a low one-time introductory rate. We would especially recommend that you attend near the end of a program, so you can speak to the guests who have participated in the program. - $295 for individual and $195 for companion, Monday - Thursday.

Please note: You should get a complete physical with your own doctor before arrival and bring your records with you which should include a complete blood chemistry panel, cholesterol, lipid panel, HA1c, etc.). If you are taking medications, you need to bring those as well. Consult with your own physician if you can particiapte in physical exercise.
