The Wildwood Inn Health Retreat is a private 100+ acre Health Education and Wellness Center dedicated to restoring optimal health to people with chronic disease. Our lifestyle programs are tailored to the specific needs of each guest and encompasses the guest as a whole person, body, mind and spirit. We are tucked back into the forest located on beautiful Lake of the Woods that borders Northern Minnesota and Canada. Our staff includes a Medical Director/Advisor, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Nutritionist Advisor, a Massage Therapist, Hydro Therapists and a Certified Depression Recovery Program Director.
